ok, I have a pacesetter armor coat header for my 2.4. I am just getting around to installing it with a whole new exhaust system. I wanna tap it for a sensor but am not exactly sure where to tap it. I know its been done before by people on here. I snapped a few pics. Also, do I have to sand away the armor coating before I weld the bung to it? Another question, which sensor should go there? I have an EGT, and a wideband I wanna install. Which one goes here and where should the next one go??? thanks
Oh yeah, now for some O2 madness! WHAT THE HELL MADE THIS LOOK LIKE THIS!!!!! The nitrous or leaded race fuel? Or the combination of both?

youll want the wide band in the down pipe around where your cat is
to put anything into the header and weld it , youll have to remove the coating , in that spot , or the weld wont stick
egt needs to be about 3" from the flange , and most people put it on the #3 cyl tube
so basically the wideband and the egt are going to go just aqbout the same place? Im not gonna have a cat, but am thinkin about putting a resonator in its place.
