Ok so im prob going to go back to the 02 style rail and what im needing to do is hook up a pressure guage, i know of the part that screws onto the port to go to a 1/8NPT but what im needing to know is how to remove the pin

You can use the same tool you use to remove a valve from a tire
Needle nose pliers work well.
Like eco power said....valve remover. Remember to release the fuel pressure though before you take out the valve. I always take out my fuel pump fuse and crank it for like 10 seconds and that does it.
Those small snap on promo screwdrivers work well. Or get the little tire tool you use on valve stems.
I know its a valve remover, I dont have the tool thats why im asking where to get it

Any and every auto parts store will likely have it.
