Hey I found this "CatBack". http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/N1-CATBACK-EXHAUST-95-01-CHEVY-CAVALIER-2-2L-96-97-98_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33630QQihZ008QQitemZ180013532238QQrdZ1#ebayphotohosting

Does that contain resonator???

Yep. The long bulge next to the flange in the middle pipe is the resonator.

Ok, cool... and also, these headers come with the pipe that hooks it to the cat? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OBX-EXHAUST-HEADER-HEADERS-98-02-CHEVY-CAVALIER-2-2L-99_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33631QQihZ006QQitemZ160014462230QQrdZ1

I'm thinking about re-doing my exhaust. This time i'm doing it right, all the way with headers. I'm going with the Tsudo ecotec headers. I don't know what size piping to go with? Also, can I use the stock catalytic converter and weld it to the headers. I'm using my current muffler, a wicked flow canister, which I know will alow it to keep the same sound, (I like how it sounds as of now). Should I put an 8 or 12 in resonator on. Finaly I don't have all the equipment to install everything so i'm going to let a shop do it. Any ideas on labor costs. Thanks.

2.25" piping. you can use the stock cat, but it will still be a restrictive system until your get a high flow. as far as resonator, alot of posts say that you should get at least an 18" resonator.

also, btw we have a header, not headers. there is only one, unlike a v6 or v8 which has 2

So if i go with 2.25inch after the header it will bolt up to the cat?? What about the 2.5inch catback w/ the resonator?

Ok, so what about if i go with a "Test Pipe" instead of a converter and use the O2 Sensor mod. Will it free up more HP and how will it sound with a cat (includes a resonator). Are we talkin a huge good sound difference, or an annoyance.

I would guess an annoyance.
