Why? the TB already bolts on after swapping arms? That and TB Spacers dont do swat on our cars....
the 2.3 already fits well, And if you want to reduce the noise, its not hard to just add some RTV gasket maker where the TB meets the intake manifold. Also a tb spacer does nothing to our cars other then limit the intakes you can use do to hood clearance. Especially if you use a strut bar as well. Also, if you do intend to continue and due actually produce them, your gonna need a to have a longer bolts as well, Such as the lower right bolt, since its shorter then the other 3.

well from what i've seen and heard in the posts here, there is only 2 bolts that hold on that TB, instead of 4 bolts. (or am i wrong?)

true, only 2 need to hold the 2.4 TB on, But with gasket sealer, ive had no problems. If i had to raise my intake about 1" it would hit the hood. But , i suggest that you talk with shifted, or wild weasel for info as well.
ok, then i'll make it either 1/4" or 1/2"
simple as that

their is no 'adapter' needed...... just because the stock t/b was held on with 4, does not mean you need to have the 2.3 t/b held down with 4....... the t/b worked fine being held with 2 on the 2.3 intake, it will work fine on the 2.2 intake.
