pipe sizing could effect it. itll be loud but not obnouxiously loud. i have the 4-1 pc ceramic header, magnaflow hi/flow cat with 2.25 cat and a borla mufflr. no resonator. mine is louder at the lower rpms than the higher. sounds pretty good i think but it doesnt give me a headache or anything like that. it all depends on your taste and what you like

most of the time the sound really depends on what kind of muffler your get, usually a piece from ebay will be raspier or rice but if you get a good quality it should be different a little but lower and sounding like it should. but to answer your question no it shouldnt sound dramatically loud it will sound better!

I would add a resonator to clean up the exhaust note.

I have the exact exhaust you are looking at buying. The Pacesetter header and catback are great pieces, IMO. The exhaust note is barely noticeable at idle, most people don't know I have it until I crack open the throttle. The exhaust gets a little raspy above 3500 RPM's, but not too bad. It sounds good from inside the car though. It should be noted, however, that I didn't buy the exhust for the sound, I bought it for the performance. I could care less what the sound is like, but it does sound good.
