If you are willing to put that much money into swawping to an eco ... then why dont you just save your money and do some serious work on the 2200 engine? Hell, it might even be cheaper.

You want to know what's not worth it for a daily driver? 300-400whp. You planning on running slicks down the street lol?

Steve, are you talking about lowfire?

jeezuz man, stay out of this f*cking thread!!

notec, no I was referring to Todd. (damned if I can remember his last name)

I bugged him to no end to share his secrets, and he wont. I sure I wish I made a living tuning cars on a dyno!

Im hoping to get over 300hp too.

Todd Tennant.
You shouldn't have a problem hitting 300hp.

i am shooting for 300hp with a built engine and turbo. i really don't see it being a problem either. just research and stick too it.

I'll have trouble this year with the internal gate, I'm thinking I'll be limited to somewhere around 15lbs.

I'm not over concerned about boost creep right now, but if it happens I'll just keep it down for this year

yes, according to Todd he's hit WELL over 300hp with full standalone, and a direct port.

(I'm aiming to make all my power without any nitrous)

Well, that may have helped a little lol. I wouldn't completely doubt those claims, and for the sake of our cranks I hope they're true
(I just realized I bought my Mantapart pulleys from this guy...)
