The K&N Filter recharger kit works awesome for all types of filters. It's not expensive either.
I've had my AEM cai for at least 10,000 miles and have never cleaned it. Could only find cleaning instructions on the DRYFLOW filter. Should I use the AEM (oil based) cleaning kit as soon as possible?
Well. It is it the DRFLOW? If it isn't then you can use the kit. Well. Scratch that. You can use the cleaner. But just dont oil it. Or you can get the K&N Filter cleaner. That works really good.
