Hi boyz and galz.

I got a '02 2200 cavalier.
Looking into putting on a header.
What do you all recommend from your experients?


Why can't Canucks fans be more like Flames fans?

Ceramic coated Pacesetter header is mighty popular round these parts.

You might want to either get an aftermarket flexpipe (2.25" in/out -- 4" length) or change the engine mounts to poly as to not crack the coating though... Not sure if its even necessary though.

Pacesetter is a good choice. Just installed one a few days ago. I had to remove the alternator and bracket and the oil fill tube. Also disconnected one end of coolant hose. Installed the header from above. Only thing left to do is order a new cat with 2.25" in and out and have a shop weld it up. Lengthening the O2 sensor harness was very easy. I am going to order the Magnaflow cat with the O2 bung already in place.
