Will the Exhaust header off a older model sunbird turbo fit onto a 95 sunfire 2.2 and will it make any power difference it seems to have shorter runners ... anyone know ?

Shifted

No it won't, first, it would have a turbo attached to it, and second, its a 2.0 OHC, not a 2.2 OHV.
