i was wondering if a turbo manifold off of a pontiac sunbird 1989 turbo would work on my 2200 motor in my cavalier because the exhaust manifold flanges have some similarity, and if they dont we can make a flangei was just wondering.

No. It's a different engine all together. You can get a turbo manifold from several places, or you can find just the flange at a few places and make your own manifold.
And you might want to take this to the boost forum. While you're there read the FAQ and a lot of your Q's will find A's.

I believe the Turbo Sunbirds come with the T25 turbo
