well im going with boost and i have an auto...... im was gonna wait till my tranny blew with my set up but since its out already might of well just change it to a 5 speed..... well my question is ..... i have a 97z24 from what cars can i get a manual tranny from ? whats the best for high boosted cars ? anyone does this swap and does it feel normal? my friend swap his mustang gt auto to a t5 and man its really sh!ty .. ohh and sorry one more question .. what can be done to build up the 5 speed to handle more power.... thanks guys cant wait..
you can probally look for a 3rd gen Z24 with a 5 speed or a sunfire that has the 2.4 in it.
you can upgrade the clutch and flywheel. and even get a tranny cooler. look them up on Ebay

As far as the transmisson cooler, thats if your sticking with your auto transmisson. A grand am GT w/ a 2.4L in it will work also.
