OK I got this thing as a gift but it has been a curse!!!!
First off its a no name ebay catback rear section did not stay togeather $80 weild(cr@ppy as$ weild job 2) Then the whole thing sagged by rotaing at the flange. So I took back to car x thinking the wield it at the wronge angle but they said the pipe cracked inside the flange and caused it(I THINK THATS BULL)Then the rear mount was f-d up so they redid that and weilded the flange in place from rotaing $100 I think(horrible weild job they cant make a bead!!!) now the flange is leaking were they put in some type of rubber gaskit that didn't work.Does it need a gasket and if so what kind and were do I get one.
And this is a nightmare total spend $420 and what do i get for all that a cr@ppy peice of Fing shlt that leaks and loud and sounds like some one with really really bad diarrhea!!!!!! People give me dirty looks I feel like the biggest ricer ever! and one person with bad hand writing mailed my a very nasty letter about it!
I was gonna atleast try to fix the stupid leak at the flange how can I do this? I also do not have the money to buy a fancy rksport kit or what ever I am on shoe string budget. And you guys talk about these custom system so i went all around town 1st off nobody does mandral bends 2nd the only place that offered to do a catback said $500 and 99% of the place only offered to weild a muffler that they sell (total junk fart can) to my stock system for $125-200 thanks in advance!

I honestly think you need to find another exhaust shop or even look for a "performance" shop to do this work because evidentally they can't fix a stupid gasket leak/problem. I've personally had gaskets literally hang off my exhaust or come off and I took it to the shop and they welded the gasket to the exhaust piping and not a problem since.
I say start over though...start fresh with a nice exhaust system. Check out Magnaflow's exhaust system or even Thermals, I hear that one is pretty nice. The RK Sport one is still loud and raspy because of the lack of a resonator so you would end up having to modify the cat-back to put a resonator on there.
If you don't decide to buy an aftermarket system, then find a good shop that can bend piping for you.
Good luck.

Maybe he does and is just too embarassed to admit it... LOL
Knowledge about everything and yet an expert of nothing!!
Jack of all trades.
I had a conversation with dave about the pacesetter exhaust when I was down in AZ doing my cams.
Well for the price... Plus a good resonator..
You get mandrel bends. and if you live in an area like we do, where you get no road salts because... well it never snows.
You could actually get away with having it, compared to compression bends. And it won't sound too bad. but I could be wrong of course.
I dont think that the RKsport is really all that loud and raspy. I have it and I think perhaps there are better sounding exhausts but in no way does it turn heads in disgust like some of the fart cans people bolt up to there car. difference betweent he magnaflow kit and the rksport is one resonator. Difference in price? rksport-$269, magnaflow $500+.
Cmon now.
Here's what i did.
1. sawed off my muffler.
2. had exhaust dude weld on a straight-through flowmaster wannabe muffler.
3. put a tip on the end
4. ???
5. Horsepower!!!
Only cost me $100 total. Of course i still have my stock piping but whatever! i basically didn't lose any low end power and gained enough high end to matter so i'm happy.
I may go and get my piping changed to 2.25 soon, but that's $70..
Find a better muffler dude!
Sadly, no more..
