i have one of those crank pulleys off of ebay for my 2.4... do i need a smaller serp belt? and whats the part number for the smaller belt?... thanks

You'll need a belt 2" smaller.
Basically ask for a 91-93 2.3L beretta gtz belt.
Those smaller pulleys are like factory replacements for the 2.3 LO/HOs.
