Ok, I'm stumped... I know, doesn't happen very often... LOL... anyway...
Anyone know if the length of the stock 2.4L manifold/downpipe/cat is the same length as the Bill's header/downpipe/cat?? ie. Bolt up the stock cat-back to the cat on the Bill's header... ??
I have a Bill's header (iPerformance, whatever) sitting here... but I'm in the middle of a move and can't find the stupid 2-1 piece with the downpipe, flex pipe and cat. All I have is the header and 4-2 bit. (Oops)
I have to get my exhaust done tomorrow... long story short, I drive the Cavy to work now, and it's too low at the parkade entrance to get in and out of with the side exhaust.
BUT
I don't want to get the cat-back exhaust done with the stock manifold, downpipe, cat, etc... if I have to re-do it when I find the Bill's downpipe/cat... make sense?
bills stuff bolted up to the cat back
if you had all 3 parts
LOL
pretty much as long as your new cat back stays bolted up(keeps the flange) in the stock location , youll be golden when you find your 2-1 and cat pieces
Ok cool. I'm now sporting a dual exhaust... Flowmaster 80 series (Cross-flow), mounted sideways below the spare tire well... (brackets welded to the trailer hitch) along with the Magnaflow resonator... nice low rumble, no loud ricer sound
But I have NO idea where the heck I put the downpipe.... bah.... might have to buy a new one from Bill
after having a bills header sitting in my garage , ive got no idea why you guys like htem over pacesetter
lol
the colectors are kinda missshaped , lol
