My friend is getting rid of his '95 Grand Am SE and I just remembered that he has the model with 2.3 Quad 4 engine. The car is in fairly decent condition with 100k+ miles on it. He told me I could have any parts from it that I wanted. I'm just curious as to whether or not there are any engine parts that I might be able to get from this car (i.e. intake mani, tb) that will help performance wise on my car. I have a '97 Z with intake, mounts, and cat-back exhaust (upgrading to full header back exhaust soon ; )). Thanks in advance for any input.

intake cam , so you have half of the cams needed for the cam swap


and maybe the intake manifold if it has the HO version instead of the LO

Even the Lo give a good gain.

The Tb is also good.
