How hard is it to swap from a 2.2 to the 2.3 HO engines? and is the 2.3 HO the z-24 engine?

The're was a few Z24 engine. The 3.1, 2.3, 2.4.
The Ho never came in the J and died in 94. They lived between 89 and 94.
