Not Really A J-Body question

Okay i have a 3.8L supercharger and cylinder heads. Now a friend of mine would like to buy them and use them on his 4.3L. My question is will they fit the 4.3L?

I think they are two different types of engines. im not sure thought. I know hte 3800 is a 90 degree v6, not sure what the 4.3L is.

I know that the 3.8L and the 4.3L are both 90 degree motors but i am just wondering if the bolt patterns and stuff are the same.
