How hard of a swap would this be? I am just curious.
Well which SS motor? The 2.4 VVT ECOTEC or the 2.0 Supercharged ECOTEC?
Either way, they would be about the same. You would have to swap basically everything over like you would do with any other motor swap. The biggest thing is going to be the computer, wiring and that the throttle bodys are electronic and not mechanical like the J-body motors.
Also, from another point of view, it'll be kind of hard and expensive to get your hands on either motor (or in the 2.0 ECOTEC case, the motor and supercharger combo) because they are such new motors on the market.

Yeah it would be hard to find the combo. Thanks for the info.
I asked about the 2.4 VVT eco engine for my cavalier on friday and they told me 7gs :-( didnt even bother asking at that point about the 2.0 sc.
