Okay here whats going on. I just bought some header, and I put them on yesturday. The problem is my engine is now making a load clicking sound. Does anyone know what the problem can be? Its really bothering me. I would be greatful if some of you guys know what it could be.

Your prob hearing the exhaust pulses as they go thru the headers tubes. Very common and its a non-issue.
Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.

Uh oh, clicking! May indicate a leak... Please let us know what kind of header you have exactly. "tick tick tick" or "psst psst psst" sounds usually indicate a leak when it comes to exhaust components. First, identify if it's actually an EXHAUST LEAK like when exhaust gas is escaping out of the exhaust where its not supposed to, or if it's another kind of clicking like something hitting against something else. Second, try to identify the exact location where the sound is coming from (i.e. where the header meets the engine at the flange, where it connects to your catalytic converter, any other joined section of piping on the way back.) If you joined any section of pipe with a clamp instead of welding, it may be coming from there.
Either way, gather as many specifics as you possibly can, and then update us. Chances are it's just a leak and not a big deal.
or could be coolant driping onto the hot header going pisss pissss as it evaporates.
or to much engine rocking on the mounts cause some noise? or a head shield not fastened enough?

I'm sorry, but if your coolant is dripping you have more issues than the exhaust. Sounds like a exhaust leak the way you describe it. Check to see if all the bolts are snug the way the should be. Also did you follow the right torque sequence when you put it on.
Yikes... I forgot about the torque sequence when I installed my header... guess I'm lucky everything worked out correctly. I feel n00bish now
just start in the center and work out in a circle and your good
