hey i heard you can use valve springs out fo a 91 beretta gtz 2.3 HO on the 2.4 head in replace of the stock springs because they are stronger. the 2.3 beretta springs are i think 85lbs when open and the stock 2.4 springs are only 60lbs when open. im wondering this because im doing a full rebuild for 10 psi on gm charger and a fair amount of nitrous oxide. thanks

I heard you really cant use the 2.3 springs on a 2.4 head because they wont seat right. I heard it from a company, not just some random person.

I have the 2.3 springs on my 2.4 head...... had over 1500 miles on it w/o a problem..... I used the 2.3 springs & 'hats' (forget the name for them) and the 2.4 keepers....... fit fine, and stayed where they were supposed to stay......
