Just wondering if the stock exhaust manifold on a 01 2.4L is cast iron or steel?
I am like 99.9% sure its iron.. but i have been wrong on easy things like this before.. reason being is a buddy of mine is going to make me a turbo manifold that will flow a bit better then the one i have.. but instead of chopping this one up i was going to get him to just cut the flange off the stock one and use it if he could...So he asked what it was made of..
this is what it will be in the end

that looks pretty decent. You probably won't lose enough flow through the runners to make a big difference. I would try and have it ceramic coated.
I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.
