Is it possible to use the quad 4 h.o. intake mani on the 2200 ohv ? I know the intake mani on the 2.4 is the same as the 2200 , if possible I would like to swap the intake mani and trottle body .

I have no idea....... but I'll try to look something up

Umm...no.

The intake sides are even totally different sides on both motors. They are totally different types of motors.

I didn't realize the LD9 and LN2 had interchangeable parts.....

they dont.......

the intakes are "simular" in shape, and construction..... but the head flange is different..... and I cant see any room for a log manifold on the back side of the 2200.....

I am sure every one of us have asked a stupid question on the net before.

But anyways, no its not going to fit, they are two different types of motors. The 2.3L quad 4 HO that the manifold comes from is the older version of the 2.4L Twin Cam. So they are basicly the same motors, thats why you can interchange alot of the parts.
