It's no longer a secret, but it is really quite amazing how many people actually get the proper cams for the swap mixed up. I'm willing to bet there are a number of cars running around with the pre 1990 LO Quad 4 exhaust cam in there....

Secret or no secret. It was a great find. And until they found it worked they did not want to tell anyone. Call it what you want but it will be known as the secret cam.

Depends on your mileage. I had less than 36K on my car when i changed it and no problems. If you have high miles then i would do it.
