fuel pump.

ok ive reserched a little and this what ive come up with. the msd pump is 190 lph and is inline. the bad ive heard is that they can cause the in tank pump to run harder and die also the lines dont like to hold the pressure from the pump.

the walboro is in tank and is 255 lph. i heard they sometimes just die for no reason and you lose fuel resulting in a break down.

now my thought is that both of these pumps have problems. my question is to you guys is my information correct and which is really better. could someone also give me a link on where to get the walboro cheap. im looking at these two and unsure of which way to go. i need to get the ball rolling cause the cav is going into the shop next week. id also be open to suggestions on another type of pump if youd like.

ever heard of people swapping in the 4.3 blazer pump .... it work wonders.... I heard you need to do something to the socks to make the pump work properly......

or a GTP pump ..... they both work apparently...

I'm going with the Blazer pump ........ apparently lots of people on this site have had problems with them.... BUT ... thats because the fuel lines the pump came with are like 70 psi .... so they blow out ... you gotta get new lines for like 150 psi and cut the socks....to make it work .... theres a FAQ thing on this pump.

I'm actually about to run the walbro in-tank in January...

I've never heard of any problems with it dying. I think you're thinking about running an Inline fuel pump and the stock pump dies out.
