You have the GM charger right? You put this in place of the cat? Its loud as hell, the cops will love you when its open. If you don't have the charger, I wouldn't open it much until you dyno it, my camaro lost power with a cutout.

The video isn't that great anyway, I took it with my digital camera. It didn't adjust to the bad lighting under the car so you can't even see the butterfly valve opening and the mic on the camera isn't that great so it doesn't pick up the sounds perfect, but you can get the idea.
There was no video, just audio.

Well if you had no muffler or cat the 3" would still outflow the 2.5" open dp, it would just exit farther out. With a cat and a muffler the 2.5" should flow more and quicker.
