i was wondering if i bought a aem cold air intake for a 2003 2.2 ecotec would it fit on my 98 2.4. i mean whats the difference? the throttle body is in the same place and so is the battery which the intake wraps around so i don't see the problem. anyone else on this topic have a clue?
the eco tb sits differently from the 2.4 as does the throttle linkage
the aem is made to avoid the eco throttle linkage , which sends it the way of the 2.4 linkage

just another note, AEM only makes a short ram for the 2.4 because there is no advantage to putting a long ram on it.
