Ok So I just finished extending the holes to make it line up but when I go to put it on the car.. The big loom or wires is in the way and the brake booster is in the way. What do you do about these parts? Or is it really just a bitch to get in.
The brake booster line needs to be cut to fit on the end of the TB in its new location, the wire loom my need to be opened up (nut cut) so you can get some slack to move it around.

Ok so it says to cut it should I cut it just after the 2.4L twin cam cover. Like just so it's out of the way or should I cut it all the way up where the steel hose is attatched to the rubber one?

yea dont cut it all the way off, you have to put it on the 2.3 TB, so your just making it shorter.
