ok so i got this car it had a few things done to it not much in the line of performance other than a k&n air filter so here it is
i have a virbrant WAI coming tomorrow, putting it in immeadiatly
i have the secret cam swap waiting to be put in this weekend
i just ordered upper and lower poly engine mounts
that is just the beinging
now onto everything else
first i will be doing the exhaust system
rsm coated header, magnaflow high flow cat, and a dynomax super turbo muffler(i like that muffler it looks stock, and isn't obnoxiously loud)
then a gm supercharger kit, with a alky injection kit
i am expecting around 190hp, maybe 180torque?
but when it is all said and done, it will be a nice not over the top cav.
i have learned alot since my last cavalier, in which the rsm supercharger shaft broke(1300 doller part)
Sorry...

all that work/money/time for 189 hp. thats one of the biggest things that sucks about 4cyl cars. they just don't respond at all to engine mods. good luck, you've got a plan. now you just gotta apply it. make sure to adress the suspension and brakes so that your car can handle the increase in power.
GO PATS!!!

incorrect statement. it depends on the car and the motor. obviously starting out with a 140 hp cavalier motor isn't going to yield the same results as the same amount of money into... say... a DSM or @!#$ a honda for that matter because we all know that hondas respond better to mods. I'll fight this one all day so don't try the honda-sucks crap lol.
I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.
well i already have kyb adjustable struts, and very good bf goodrich traction t/a's
i am going to do this cav must better than my old 2200
Sorry...

ok i generalized. there are SOME 4cyl cars that respond well to mods. a lot don't though. and whether they respond well or not, hondas still suck
