Hey Y2kGT, I am designing a full set of pulleys right know. After I do maybe I can talk to you about making some. I will be making AutoCad, Solidworks, and solid edge models/drawings for each pulley. They will be light weight and maybe a little under-driven. I will be doing the alternator pulley sometime this week, I could probably give you some drawings on it if you would like, but I believe that the pulleys should be cnc machined. Also they are for school so the pulleys will be under some legal copy-write thing. I am looking into making them after I design them, but I have to see what the legal terms on doing this are.
