This will be going on a 2005 Cavalier. I want to make my own short ram, So what material works best? Should I use PVC and rubber hose?
Is the TB 2 1/2 inches? I tried a piece of PVC and it did not fit, either did 2" and I know 3 is to big
um... just go spend $40 on an ebay intake. and then put a K&N Filter on it.

theres directions in the FAQ, in a nut shell, look at the direction the stock pipe is... buy aluminum pipe that will follow the SAME route. install... not really all that hard... keep it around 2 and 3/4 outer diameter as well.....
tb sizes are on page 5 in the faq, in a nut shell the outer diameter of almost any j-body tb is 2 and 3/4
