Will a cat back system off of a 95-99 sunfire fit onto a 95-99 cavalier with no problems?

^^^well it might not have the spots for the hangers...but it would probabaly fit in there some how

ummm its the same exact car, same exact chassis.... always has been...

Any Jbody exhaust system whether stock or aftermarket will fit. As far as hanger positions, not sure but I would get it welded to make sure it stays in properly and might help with keeping it from rattling.

I think you have to drill a hole on the passenger side so the hangar can bolt up.

Id probabbly just tack weld it up somehow

Well, that may be so, but... It won't just bold up and fit without modifying the pipe from the cat to the mufflers, there is something in the way behind the gas tank on Cav's, that must be located somewhere else on Sunfires. You will need to take it somewhere where they can bend you a custom piece of pipe and then just bolt it all up. You will also need to custom make something to hold up the passenger side muffler, as there is nothing there to mount it to.
