I've been kicking around this idea for about a year now... Before I get started with it, I need to know how many people would be interested...
Most aftermarket intake systems are pretty expensive.... A tube, Filter, Vac hose, and a few couplers, and clamps is essentially what you get when you buy one of these pricey intake systems. Outrageous prices in the near $200 range is sometimes what you can expect to pay.
If I see enough interest in the 2200 owners out there (98+, not pre 98..) I will begin to produce custom intake systems for the 2200 owners. Cavalier or Sunfire.
You'll have your choice of a few different filters, you'll have the choice of wether you want your intake to be a Warm air intake, or a Cold air intake.. Want the piping of the intake routed a certain way? I can do that too. Piping size will also be an option you'll have... Many different options to choose from to customize your intake system the way you want it, all at a much less expensive cost.
I would like some feedback here. Are you interested in this idea? Would you like a quality intake at an affordable price? Options, what kind of options would you like to see available in my intake systems.. ?
I would be more than happy to start this idea rolling if enough people express interest. 10 people who are SERIOUSLY interested, and I will soon begin production!...
