header and high flow cat

i have a 96 cavalier with a 2.2. who makes a good header and a high flow cat. i've found a few different kinds of both items but i don't know who is good or not. any info, preferably with own experience would be greatly appreciated. thanks a lot.

one more thing. how long of a resignator would it take to get rid of that stupid exhuast buzz? it drives me crazy sometimes. especially when i down shift. thanks again.

as large of a resonator that can fit... i have a 30 inch on mine.

get the ceramic coated header, youll be happier with it

ceramic coated is the best way to go with headers. I have the OBX stainless steel 4-2-1 on my car, with no resonator, Magnaflow highflow cat, and a 2.25" custom catback. You can see pics / read in my registry profile if you so choose. The header holds up very well and you can pick them up on Ebay for under $200 shipped.
