Has anyone gotten the piston and rod combo for a 97 2.2 cavy from inport performance parts? if you did what size did you get and did you have any problems?

Dude, just buy parts made for your car...they're not that much more expensive, and you're showing the manufacturers and dealers that support the Jbody world that there is a market for parts like those. I paid $300 for my rods and you can get the pistons for $500 (I pad $600 from ROSS, but others are cheaper). That's only $800, $200/cyl
But, if you insist, just find another engine that uses the same bore, and pray that the combustion chamber is similar, and you can have rods made to fit the pistons to your crank.
