answer to your questoin are
yes you can install one of these on to your car if you have a 2.4
no it is not that hard if you dont run into poblems.
i would suggest you get the throttle that goes to is which is the throttle that goes to the quad 4 egines so that you dont have to modify yours for it to fit.
either get on ebay like you saw there or check the classifieds here on the org.
and by the way its worth you'll hear your intake screaming plus it does add power how much who knows but you do get a kick out of it.
thats just my 2 cents
here i found the website that i used when i did mine
its ny-jbodies.org
click into library. then scroll down till you see 2.4 ho swap. or something like that and click and its explains everything
it tells you in to detail with pics what you are supposed to do and it tells you what you have to modify and buy even tells you what you need to drill out so you can use your stock throttle but hope that this helps. good luck..
someone needs to dyno this thing!!
im in the process of doing this right now and take my advice- buy a dremmel tool- they are 40$ at wal-mart and well worth it. i used the cutting bit to port match the manifold and it worked great. I also used an angle grinder with a wire brush attachment to clean up the outside of the manifold... about the throttle body, you can find one at a junk yard for cheap. good luck!
That looks like a good buy. All you'll need to do if you get that is make a gasket, and get a 2.3 throttle body. Follow the guide on NYJ, and you're set.
