JBP problems

ordered teh high pressure oil pump i got very friendly service i do admit product was even shipped out the same day even though it over 3 weeks to get here probably not there fault but finally when to install the pump which all that was left to get my car running and they sent me the wrong pump nothing like mine at all, really dissapointed might be a 2.2 pump or older model pump, so now my car is down for even longer!!!

Things happen and so do mistakes. No one is perfect.

Call them and let them know that there was a mistake and see if they will send you the right one and if they will re-emburse you for shipping that one back.

If its the wrong product, then call them back and let them know. They shipped the product out the same day, I mean, thats pretty darn good.

because it took 3 weeks to get to you, blame the postal service... JBP is an awesome company and very customer oriented, so don't rag on `em.

The three weeks probably had something to do with international shipping.
Hopefully they didn't send you a 2.3 oil pump, as that would require some heavy modifications, but do-able

yea definetly call JBP they're great guys

just explain whats going on and I'm sure they'll help you out.

the international shipping sucks, but you can't blame them


i'm sure if you call they'll set everything straight.
