i just bought a 97 z-24 and right now i have a 99 2.2l auto the cavy is a parts car but has the whole engine ,trans etc... i want to swap it into the sunfire . the 2.4 is a stick though will this be a hard swap or will it be pretty easy. ? time frame ?will i need the cluster from the 2.4 ? and any electrical from inside the car? what im asking is what else will ineed to swap than the obvious engine and trans ?

It would fit with no problem. You need pretty much everything out the engine bay...ignition, fuel rail, fuel lines, computer, all the wiring & of course the Engine and Transmission. I belive you can use the same engine mounts but not sure about the transmission mounts...i'd take those also.
Time frame will depend on who is doing it and how much effort they put into it.

yes im going to do it myself . i kinda figured id need some other stuff so i bought the whole car.lol but will it plug up to the wiring inside the car or will ineed to change that too ?

You need the wiring from the donor car and also the PCM.
