If i add headers high flow cat and cat back exhaust with a short ram intake how much horse power do you think i will gain 2005 cavalier
You can't really say how much power you will gain. There are too many variables...mileage, wear and tear, your computer and how well your car accepts the modifications. The only way to tell is on a dyno.
I will say that you will be happy with the gains.

a decent bit
do a pulley and motor/trans mounts and you will be surprised
how much do you think you gain
maybe 15, 20hp. and its one HEADER, not headers.

You can never be certain. I'd say do a dyno run when your done.

a dyno run before and after is the only real way to tell
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
dyno....
for every person that guesses on their gain, about 99% will be "battin for the yankees ,but playing on a soccer field in brazil."
