Mileage gauge?

Does it actually work, and i know its a universal gauge.

Unsure never seen one like that. Though I have in a friends old BMW.

I used to remember exactly how these work. I have since then forgotten. I knew a guy once that had an old BMW that has one of these in there from the factory. It seemed kinda like eye candy to me and not much more. You should be able to know when you're getting good or bad gas mileage by how far your foot is down on the pedal and how high your reving it. I personally don't think these gauges are very accurate. A rough judgment *MAYBE* but yeah.
