RSM makes a 62 or 63mm (can't remember which one). That is the biggest I have seen. As for the fuel rails, I don't know.

New sig in the works

A biggest TB isnt gonna be any good unless your forceing air down its throat.

As for Fuel Rail. There are none.

If you want a bigger fuel Rail for the 2200, your gonna have to have a 1 off piece.

Have you looked into better fuel pump and bigger injectors?

Why do you need a bigger fuel rail? I'd be willing to bet you haven't even come close to maxing out the stock one's flow rate capabilities yet.

You'd be surprised how much your stock fuel rail can flow. IMO, spending money on either one of the two mods you're mentioning would be the same as flushing it right down the toilet. I really would re-consider...

agreed....

in the two things you asked about it shouldnt be about the biggest you can find....

its like buying condoms, sure you may impress the people who know of you buying the biggest size available..... but if its not really what you need, then it will def show come time to perform when what you bought it for cant back it up in the way it performs...

You don't need to have forced induction to have a bigger throttle body to be helpful. Now, gains won't be as big as if he had forced induction but it will be helpful. For example I don't have forced induction and I have a 62 MM TB upgrade and gains were noticeable and it was worth the money. Yes we have different motors but the same will happen in his case. You never know if one day he is boosting or not.

As far as the fuel rail, like Acid7711 & Agent Orange, I doubt your maxing it out.

and back to the original question, who makes a bigger TB for the 2200, RSM Racing does. Here is a direct link to the 2200 page: Cavalier 2200 Products

Well if he's going with the 62mm, he might as well get a good intake and RSM Ported Intake Manifold. If your gonna do something, might as well do it right and well.

If you read his profile, he already has an intake and ported manifold...

i'm doing a 2200 upper conversion on my 96 2.2OHV [meaning i'm swaping the head/intake manifold], meaning its going to be a hybrid enigne, YES I'LL BE GOING FORCED INDUCTION!

now that i know RSM makes a 62MM TB/Manifold for the 2200, i'll be ordering those once i get my other parts in my hand for the CORE CHARGES.

now back to my original question, who makes aftermarket fuel rails for the 2200. i want something that flows better then stock.

now this is my last post, since i ran outa posts, i wont be posting till the first, if you want to talk, hit me up on AIM: MostWantedPP

You'd be surprised how much a stock fuel rail can actually flow. If you're that in need of one, fabricate one yourself. It isn't that hard as long as you make the correct calculations.
I still think you need to worry about the other parts of the fuel system before you need to even start worrying about the fuel rail myself.

I'm kinda venturing out into a black area for me here since I don't know much about these swaps on your engines yet, but if you're swapping in a 2200 head, would it not make sense to try to use a 2200 fuel rail if you must go with another one???

I'm stupid. Disregard the last part of my last post preceding this one I don't know why I put that.
