I have been looking for lightened pullies for my engine, but have only located the RK Sport version, but the good part there is that they direct you to the right belt you will need.
I know there has to be other options than RK, but I haven't had luck in locating any. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
highrevmotorsports has a lightened stock size pulley
^^ yeah if you want to wait for 5 months to get it
check out cavalier connection, they've got one.
But apparently they may be running under a new name now.

Alright...I'll see if CC has it. Guess I'll check HRV to see what they got too. Thanks for the quick response.
Supposedly Mantapart offers a set too, but obviously their business practices are questionable. I'm not sure if cavconn (or whatever they're called now) will be doing pullies..

Just checked CC, now JTuners...now that they redid the catalog I am not able to locate the pullies.
RSM makes one too...and you won't have to wait forever to get it....keep an eye on the classifieds here though the sets come up for sale every once in a while
Check Cardomain for PICS
RSM makes the stock-sized lightened pulley carried by highrev. I'm at 5 weeks and still waiting for it. No replies to my e-mails, no answer when I call highrev. Maybe you'll have better luck going directly through RSM in Canada. It's worth a shot, but it might cost you a bit more.

A more accurate observation has never been typed. These should be the starting points before any serious performance modification. What's the point of making a serious performer if you can't control it's power?
rsm racing....
same size, over a pound lighter than stock, no charging problems, less rotating mass.
no waiting, well worth the money.
Would you direct me to the Order screen on RSMs page? I spent about 10 minutes trying to find it to no luck. Thanks for the help and the information.
i love my RKsport one! its about 2" smaller then stock, but its ALOT lighter them stock!
yes id you get a "dead" battery, it take a lot, and i mean a lot longer for the battery to recharge! [but i've only had a dead battery once from being stupid

mine was from having my hazard lights & neon's on at a show and the battery went dead, and took like 2hrs to recharge the battery from a jump

still its a slower recharging time....
especially on daily drivers, if you want longevity, you prob dont wanna have charging probs....
underdrive pulleys seem better for race only cars....
get a yellowtop battery, or a lightened overdrive alternator pulley

the concept i understand event. however, my car is a race car lol j/k. i have no aftermarket electronics in the car other than 6x9s and door speakers. that's no big deal. if i had a system, i would definitely stay away from the underdrive pulleys. but without any electronics, and a good alternator (i'm on OEM alt) most people can get away with a good underdrive pulley

will a 95-97 2.2l pulley fit on a 98-2002 2200 ?

I believe they are different. RSM has them listed as two different part numbers.

JTuners just added the Cav Conn pullies.
