1999 Intake Under $150 USD

Hey guys... I was wondering what the best value WAI is for my 1999 2.2L Cavalier? I have about $200 (Canadian $$$) MAX to spend, cheaper would be nicer! That has to include shipping and tax and everything. How do you feel about http://www.jbodyperformance.com/new/PartList.php?catId=2&catName=Air%20Intake&subCatId=20&genId=3&genName=3rd%20Generation

Are those intakes any good, as that shop is right near my house? Also, is a CAI going to be a problem if I live in Canada with REALLY BAD winters? Imagine the worst winters with the most snow. It also rains a lot. Would it be a bit safer to go with a WAI?

Thanks in advance!

But is the one I listed good enough, and I will get a K&N filter after? Also, where would I get a filter to match the intake? Any particular part number?

I think I settled on the one from Cosmo Racing. If it is a 1999, it is a non-ecotec, right? So this would be the right one for a 2.2L?
