i was wondering what is needed to swap the 2.4 manifold to a 2.3 and what is the diffrence between the lo and the ho manifolds
will the 2.3 lo manifold help out on a 2.4

Yes it is definantly worth it, lots of top end and screams at higher RPMS, if you want to get optimal performance and less heat transfer and easier install, I made a Phenolic adapter flange which converts the ports on the HO Manifold to the ones on the head of the 2.4, I sell them for 55$ shipped if you are interested, saves you the time of porting it and is much more affective, and no heat soaking.

i have the lo manifold though will the flange still work
Yes, the 2.3 HO and LO have the same ports if I am not mistaken. I thought that was what I was told, but one way or another it will convert from 2.3 to 2.4, and better performance.
