help with heat soak?

I've noticed that when my 97 sunfire gt (mods are i/h/e, mounts and UD pulley) first reaches operating temperature it's pretty quick. but when i drive for around a half hour or so i really start losing performance (butt dyno would say about 10hp or so) the only thing i could think of is maybe heat soak. anyways what would you guys suggest i do to help with this.

If It ain't broke... you ain't doin' it right.

I'm no performance guru but I do know some things, if you mean heat soak as in heat from your engint heating up the intake manifold, other intake parts or intake air temperature then I sugges you wrap your exhaust header in a heat shield wrap or have it ceramic coated.... and I'm not sure but I think you can do the same with your intake to help keep it from heating up.
