im gonna do header/cat/catback/muffler before i do any boost because im undecided on it as of yet, should i go straight to 2.5 piping like suggested in the boost faq or will this effect anything in my engine rather then probaly bein raspy as hell?
well if you do want turbo, then no need for a header. it wont affect anything in your engine. as far as the raspyness, thats why people add resonators to tone down on that

If you get 2 1/2" till you get boost, you'll be fine. If you decide to get Turbo, don't waste your money on a header. If your worried about it being raspy, get yourself a resonator from Magnaflow.
