i've searched and saw that one guy gained like 11hp but lost torque, etc. etc.. but what i was wondering is if it would even be worth installing on my car? my cars auto.. also i think it has a 2.3l 56mm t/b.. it has a t/b on it just not sure which one it is... and also if ne body has an instructions to install the LO mani & t/b?? or are they the same as the HO mani instructions? thanks...

your not going to notice it.....

Think of it this way...... A 99 Si Vtec motor has 160hp, 120ft/lbs torque....... we have 150hp, 155ft/lbs torque....... give us that 10hp or so, and subtract a few ft/lbs....... we're still going to have more torque, and equal hp........

we have more torque then most 4 cylinders out there........ we can afford to give up a few ft/lbs, while gaining 10+ hp. (yes, I know, torque wins races, hp sells cars)

On the 96, don't you have to loose the egr valve?

I think I heard somewhere that the bulge in the plenum of the HO manifold helps reduce amount of torque lost?

I might be wrong. it was a while ago.
