Just about everytime i start my car and go for a drive, it wants to stall and/or die...but it only does it once...after that, it doesn't do it again...until you stop it and restart it...also, when it's idling, the RPM's jump up to about 1500-1600 RPM's and come right back down, kinda like i was in there and tapped on the throttle...

Anybody have any ideas what this could be? I had access to Mitchell-On-Demand and was looking at TSB's...there is a TSB for a stalling problem when it is cold...and the fix is to have the PCM recallibrated...I assume cold=open loop b/c it still does it even when the car is warm, just not quite operating temp..

btw, the car is a '99 2.4L and my mods list are in my registry..
