ok i was on the cavalier connection site and they have the pulley kit. it says make sure to say the car and yr. I have an ecotec cav. do they make them for my car? are they any good?
I emailed them and i got a auto response saying they were gonna get back to me in 2 days. i dont have 2 days cuz im not using my cc to buy them. im using my moms. I was wondering if i should have gottin the RK ones. whatg do yall think?

Another question is about poly tranny mounts. Do they make the vibrations in thew cabin more obvious?

2 days? Do you gotta use it before she comes back home and catches you with it or something?

are you an all there in your brain? why would i publicly make something open like that? Lets look at the alternatives. maybe i dont live with her OR maybe she needs it to go away on vacation and she doesnt like giving private info to me over the phone.

Where do you see my mom coming home in 2 days? i dont have the patience to wait 2 days for an email response that why i posted this here.

What you have posted was completely irrelevant to the situation. It seems to me your just out to be Mr Cool.

Steve> thanks for the response. im gonna go with the lightened crank pulley.

with that lightweight crank pulley, make sure and keep an eye on your charging system...

the light crank pulley is the underdrive pulley.

rsm one, same size, lighter by over 14 ounces over stock (got bored and weighed both), no chargin probs, increased performance.

granted it wasnt one of your choices, just a heads up.

i suppose a smaller (size) crank pulley has the effect on the charging system, am i right event? my RK one is definitely smaller, considering i had to get a different belt.

i can have an effect...for some, it doesnt, for others it does, usually larger stereo, or you might notice some dimming. it can affect you though.

i have aftermarket 6x9s door speakers and head unit, only stereo mods. and i do notice, at idle my headlights dim, and given throttle they get brighter. it's kind of funny to watch actually.
