I have 97 2.4, and was woundering what kind of estimated HP gains i would get with a intake, full exhaust(header,hi-flow cat,2 1/4 piping,muffler) grounding kit, 59mm Tb, and crank pully?
everyone will answer dyno it before and after..... that's pretty much about it, as for the estimated gains I don't know, it depend on a lot of things..

don't bother taking it to a dyno. i can tell you exact numbers
j/k they only way to tell for sure is go to a dyno. there is to many factors like
elevation
temp.
miles on engine
is the filter dirty or clean
etc.
way to many factors the only way to tell is dyno
for example: my car should be making more power than it is, simply because the transmission is slipping and the cam is starting to go flat, plus general wear and tear. you can never be sure. however, the closest guesstimate i can give you is about 20 to 30 whp with all the above.
