I cant get the engine in the car until I have this figured out so I need HELP! WTF should I do with it, the instructions arent that clear, what have other people done? I need pics or something, thats is terrible!!!! I want my damn car on the road so someone help.

block the egr port , either from the gasket on the exhaust manifold , or make a plate for the front of the head to block the port


ive did the 99 pcm swap on mine , so i didnt need the egr simulator , but you have to have a 99-up knock sensor , and have to run a extra wire from the knock sensor to the pcm , as well as move a couple pcm wires

I have a 99 2.4 going in, does that make a difference?

like he said block the egr.

if its a 99 motor...no need in blocking...the manifold probably doesn't have the provision for the egr port. Do what I did...tap the hole, insert a nipple fitting, and run vacuum line back to the intake manifold.
